Linear motor activated pumping units are developed on the basis of walking beam and non-walking beam pumping units. The linear motor directly converts electrical energy into straight reciprocating motion so as to simply drive, reduce energy loss and improve balance effect by scale balance. Independent intellectual property and 7 patents are owned.

Features:

Drive	Symmetrically double side linear motor. Electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy of straight reciprocating motion. Low power consumption, high efficiency, over 98% of conversion effect.
Easy control	Stroke per minute is adjusted without steps in operation. When sucker rod lags or pump is vacuated that is caused by thick oil, the control system will operate the unit with slow upstroke and fast downstroke. Large stroke length and low stroke per minute is available.
Reliable	Sound structure. Less moving parts and multiple protective functions including phase fault, high or low voltage, overcurrent and abnormal load. Unique flat wireline made of cured rubber with alarm function is used. The unit is suitable for extreme environment, especially for thick oil, deep oil layer, large displacement and discontinuous operation.Easy operation and maintenance. Long service life.
Protection of environment	Low noise. Operating noise [63dB (A)] is lower than the national industrial standard [65dB(A)]. Less floor area and light weight, only 50% weight of conventional unit.
