Pumping unit with phased cranks can save energy evidently
Features:
Pumping unit with phased cranks has a better balance effect to smooth torque of the gear reducer, improve working conditions, increase working capacity and prolong service life.
Optimized four-bar linkage with crank decreases peak torque of gear reducer. Rotation angle of 192 degrees at upstroke is bigger than that of 168 degrees at downstroke so as to lower factor of dynamic load to improve load capacity of the unit.
Power of prime mover is one size lower than the power of conventional pumping unit. When adjustable biasing angle is designed, the effective area of energy-saving is applicable for differential well conditions so as to save energy by 20~30%.
